Restaurant Manager

he Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and achievement of business goals. The role includes managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations. Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff. Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Control inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies. Manage budgets, costs, and revenue targets. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Experience working in international restaurant brands or hospitality groups.
